Bugdom 2 hops into the App Store
Bugdom 2 is is now available in the App Store, Pangea Software kicked off its debut with a sale. Bugdom 2 (App Store) will only cost 25% of its regular price, sale price $2.99. If you are remotely interested in platform adventure games grab this one quick before the sale ends.
The initial reviews have been positive scoring four and a half stars based on 21 reviews.
Developer’s Description of Bugdom 2
Bugdom 2 is a 3D action-adventure game. In this game you play Skip McFly, a grasshopper who explores the areas inside and around a house, and encounter both friends and enemies. You’ll have to perform tasks to get help from the other critters, and the game is loaded with unique gameplay on every level! For example, you’ll surf down the rain gutters, bomb anthills from a balsa airplane, rescue mice trapped in mousetraps, race in slot-cars, etc. etc.
The graphics in Bugdom 2 are absolutely stunning! Beautiful 3D animation and great characters from spear-throwing roaches to blood-sucking ticks. No other iPhone game is as diverse as Bugdom 2, and we believe this is the best iphone game that we’ve done so far.

@James Katt – Definitely made a good point, we are pretty lucky we don’t have to pay what PSP/DS players do.
I use to own a PSP, and it always bugged me how I’d have to pay the same price for my PSP games as my console or PC games, and most of the time the PSP games were really short.
With Nintendo DS games running $25 a cartridge and Playstation Portable games running up to $50, $12 is pretty cheap for an iPhone game.
However, $9.99 is the sweat spot for an impulse purchase. I believe a greater number of users would purchase a game without questions for $9.99.

If my math is holding up, that means that the regular price will be $11.99. That would make it one of the most expensive games on the AppStore.
@Patrick – Hopefully it was a typo on the developer’s part, I’ve been pretty happy with the current pricing of App Store games being $10 or less.
