		<description>I hope they include an option to turn this off.  That could get annoying and what if I don&#039;t want to ever transmit a rating?  And I hope it handles things gracefully if the connection signal is weak or nonexistant.  I&#039;m not here to improve Apple&#039;s App store, I&#039;m here to get my own work done.</description>
