Steep Price Drop on iPhone game ‘Venger’ now $0.99
The space flight game Venger (AppStore), by Wrenched Games, has hit rock bottom in terms of pricing, previously $6.99, now only $0.99, talk about a bargain.
If you’re still undecided even after the steep price drop, Wrenched Games also offers a free demo version, Venger Lite (AppStore).
Venger isn’t a free flight game, it falls more along the lines of flight on rails, similar to Star Fox. The game utilizes the accelerometer to maneuver the ship, tapping the sides of the touchscreen will fire your weapons.
Brief Description
“Venger is an exciting action packed 3D shooter – spread across 20 frenzied levels in both normal and insane difficulty levels. Use the accelerometer to steer your spaceship through trenches, tunnels and astroid fields. use the touch pad to blast UFOs and turrets with your lasers, or turbo boost through timed traps. Fire homing missiles to take out difficult targets. Collect shields and missiles from fallen enemies to replenish your supplies. Each level ends in an epic boss battle where you must take out the boss space station defenses while blasting its defense UFOs.”
