Go for the big catch in ‘Flick Fishing’ for the iPhone

Flick Fishing (AppStore) by Freeverse is now available in the App Store for only $0.99.
If Flick Fishing is any where near as fun as Flick Bowling, it should be a big hit with casual gamers. From the videos, the game appears to be quite interactive, both visually and physically.
The animated environments really do give players a more life like experience, minus the blood sucking mosquitoes (I don’t want that much realism…) We all know just how fascinating water in motion can be, Koi Pond is a great example of this.
Casting the line is simple, just tilt your iPhone back and then quickly forward, much like a fishing rod. This level of interactivity really adds to the gameplay experience. Going through the motions will always be more fun than just pressing virtual buttons.
In celebration of the release of Flick Fishing, Freeverse will be giving away 10 pocket pen fishing poles, enter your email for a chance to win.
Thanks for the heads up Freeverse!
Brief Description
“Cast the line with a flick of your wrist. With a skillful combination of bait, location, and technique you’ll hook a fish — now you just need to reel it in! Reel carefully to avoid snapping the line and losing your fish. Larger fish are strong, and won’t be hauled in easily.”
