Enjoy Guitar Hero? Well Gameloft has the game just for you, Guitar Rock Tour (AppStore) for the iPhone (Warning: incompatible with iPod touch) available now in the App Store for $9.99.

The game strongly resembles of Guitar Hero, with the animated band in the background, to the beats streaming down the guitar strings. You can choose either a guitar or drums as your instrument and jam to a variety of famous songs, 17 in total.

It’s beyond me why Guitar Rock Tour isn’t compatible with the iPod touch, I hope this is a temporary problem that will be resolved with an update, it would be a real shame for iPod touch gamers to miss out on such a fun game.
