Tap Tap Revenge 3 [$0.99 - iTunes link] comes with over 100 free songs to get you started, and more free tracks will be added weekly.
Premium songs are sold in bundles of 6-tracks or 2-tracks, priced at $2.99 and $0.99 respectively. Paying 50 cents per track seems quite reasonable, especially considering you get unique themes for each bundle.
