Star Trek: D-A-C Sets Course for Mac OS X
Usually games based on movies try their best to stick to the plot line and stay true to the story, but not in Star Trek D-A-C’s case, far from it. Star Trek D-A-C is a top-down arcade shooter with a focus on short games — typically ten minutes — and fast action. Star Trek D-A-C was originally released with Deathmatch, Assault and Conquest gameplay modes, Survival was added in a later update.
Star Trek D-A-C is all about the multiplayer, with support for up to 12 players per match, you can be sure to get lots of replay value out of this title.
Fight for the Federation or the Romulan Empire and pilot a variety of ships such as the Fighter, Bomber, and Flagship. Each ship possesses their own strengths and weaknesses, the Flagship although slower packs more fire power than the Fighter for example.
The game is expected to be released this December, digital copies will be available for download at GameTree Online, priced at $8.99.
