Freeverse Releases NBA Hotshot for iPhone

Freeverse has released NBA Hotshot a new arcade shooter for the iPhone and iPod touch, brought to you by the makers of Flick Fishing. NBA Hotshot is by no means a full fledged basketball game, it’s akin to what you’d find at a typical coin operated arcade room, where you’d make shots with a real ball.
But why do all that driving just to wear out your arms after five shots, when you could stay at home and just flick your finger to make shots (anti-social much?). And after years of playing NBA Hotshot you’ll develop one very muscular index finger, making it stand out like a bulging tumor. Be sure to flex your index finger around the ladies and listen for the oooohs and ahhhhs, it gets them every time!
Oh where was I? Right, NBA Hotshot. So yea there’s two gameplay modes, Classic Play and Three Strikes.
In Classic Play you race against the clock trying to score as many points as possible before time runs out.
Three Strikes is all about accuracy, the game ends once you miss three shots in a row. You have unlimited time in this gameplay mode, so take advantage of this by practicing relaxed breathing techniques to insure a steady finger for more accurate shots.
Remember, hard work and practice is the key to going pro, don’t give up on your dreams. I know it’s hard to keep a steady finger when a stadium full of people are watching, but I have faith in you my friend, you can do it!
And last but not least, NBA Hotshot supports local multiplayer with up to five players. Oh and I almost forgot, there’s something about physics in this game, I’m sure there’s a selling point some where in there…
NBA Hotshot is currently available in the App Store for the introductory price of $0.99 (normally $1.99).
